The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and support required for the successful completion of the project. Any delay in providing these may impact timelines and deliverables, for which Cognifyz Technologies will not be held responsible.

7. Quality Assurance

We strive to maintain high standards of quality in all services. Clients are encouraged to review deliverables and report any issues promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

8. Termination of Services

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement by providing written notice if the other party fails to comply with any major terms of the agreement. In such cases, the client must clear all dues for the work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability and Indemnity

Cognifyz Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The client agrees to indemnify and protect the company against any legal claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from misuse of services or violation of terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first resolve the matter through mutual discussion and negotiation. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

11. Modification of Terms

Cognifyz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Cognifyz Technologies) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and continued use of services after such updates will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Compliance with Indian Laws

Cognifyz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Cognifyz Technologies) operates in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including taxation policies, business laws, and MSME guidelines. All services are governed by the legal framework of India.
