The engagement with Cognifyz Technologies includes but is not limited to software development, consulting, and other technology-related services as outlined in the agreement.
Scope of Work:

Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, cooperation, and information required for the successful delivery of services. Delays or issues arising from client-side responsibilities may affect project timelines.
Quality Assurance:
Cognifyz Technologies is committed to delivering high-quality services. Clients are encouraged to promptly communicate any concerns, and Cognifyz will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify them.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for services provided up to the termination date.
Liability and Indemnity:
Cognifyz Technologies is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of its services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Cognifyz harmless from any claims or liabilities.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the agreement.
Modification of Terms:
Cognifyz Technologies reserves the right to modify these Service Terms. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Indian Government Compliance:
Cognifyz Technologies acknowledges its commitment to complying with applicable Indian government regulations pertaining to business, trade, services, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This includes adherence to legal requirements, taxation policies, and other relevant laws governing the business operations.
